Up close and personal. Doesn't this look de-lish?! |
On how hot these past two summer nights have been, I have made this in advance and then plopped it into the fridge for about a 1/2 hour to chill it. Poured myself a healthy glass of white and enjoyed. The recipe is very easy to improvise as well if you're only eating for one. And bonus, it just takes a few minutes to prepare.
Bon Appetit and Happy Weekend!

This looks really good, L. I'm going to give it a try. I like the idea of salt on fruit, add some cheese and girl, I'm in heaven!
ReplyDeleteI love your original photos! How's the apartment coming along?
I think you would love this! Not only easy but perfect on a summer night. :)
DeleteThe apartment is going well! I think I've rearranged at least 6 times, but am so happy with it. Now I need to paint (finally) and hang all my stuff. Some day I'll get some pics on here for all to see!
Hope you are well Miss E!
